You can find contact details for the relevant committee member at the bottom of the forms once they have been downloaded. This committee member will then be your point of contact, please keep hold of their contact details.
All participants must abide by the regulations so it is important that you read over them!

Charity / CIC / Community Group Stalls
The Festival is a great platform to raise awareness and funds. If you are a registered charity, community group or CIC then please get in contact with us.
Charity / CIC / Community Group stalls are now Fully Booked for the 2023 Festival
Corporate / Business Stands
If you are a local business or corporation and would like to have a static display at the Festival to promote then please get in Contact with us.
Corporate / Business Stands stands are £120 per 3m x 3m pitch per day.
Handmade trade / Collectables / Crafts
Handmade trade, collectables and crafts go down a storm with visitors.Please contact us to enquire about pitch availability.
Handmade trade / Collectables / Crafts stalls are £35 per 3m x 3m pitch per day.
Small Amusements
If you would like to bring your small amusements at the Festival then please get in touch via the contact page.
Caterers
We have limited space for caterers, if you are interested in having a catering pitch please get in touch via the contact page..
Sports Display Groups
Come and promote your Sports Club and show the public what your group is all about.
Sports Group pitches are £20 per 3m x 3m pitch per day.
Please Note
It is essential all participants read and understand the Regulations before signing and returning the form and making payment. Payment must be received and cleared in full before the festival, any participants whose payment has not cleared may be refused entry on to site on the days of the festival.
If your pitch size is larger than a standard pitch you may be required to pay an additional amount to cover the additional space.
Any stands/vehicles/exhibitions which are larger than the space stated on the booking form may be asked to leave the festival site, please ensure you state accurate measurements of the pitch sizes required.
